Itinerary
Evenes to Andenes
Collect the rental car at Harstad/Narvik Airport, Evenes and begin the journey towards Andenes. Follow the confirmed routing and ferry plan, allowing time for changing weather and coastal-road conditions.
Andenes
Spend a full day around Andenes. Join an optional whale safari when operating, or explore Andøya's coastline and small communities independently. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.
Vesterålen to Svolvær
Travel south through Vesterålen towards Svolvær. Sortland and Stokmarknes can be considered as stops, but the final route and journey time depend on the confirmed ferry or all-road option.
Svolvær and Lofoten
Use the day for Svolvær and nearby Lofoten. Choose an optional sea-eagle safari, kayak trip, fishing experience or photography tour, or explore the harbour and surrounding scenery independently.
Svolvær to Reine
Drive south through Lofoten, selecting a small number of stops such as Henningsvær, Nusfjord, beaches or Sakrisøy. Continue to the Reine area for an overnight in the dramatic southern islands.
Reine to Harstad
Begin the return journey to Harstad. The source distance is not reliable, so follow the confirmed road-and-ferry plan and allow a substantial travel day. Visit Å or Flakstad only if time and route permit.
Departure
