Itinerary
Arrive in Thessaloniki
Arrive in Thessaloniki and join a relaxed orientation walk through the centre and waterfront. Dinner is arranged in Ano Poli before the overnight in the city.
Naousa, Edessa and Pozar
Travel to Naousa for a Xinomavro winery visit and traditional-costume workshop, including a hands-on mask activity. Continue to Edessa's waterfalls and finish at Pozar Thermal Baths before dinner and the overnight in the area.
Amyntaio, Nymfaio and Prespa
Visit a local pepper farm, continue to the stone-built village of Nymfaio and meet the conservation team at ARCTUROS. Travel onwards to Prespa for a lakeside dinner and overnight.
Prespa to Zagori
Take an included boat trip on Prespa Lake and explore Agios Achillios, then travel south through Epirus. Visit selected Zagori villages and join a light walk with views towards Vikos Gorge before a local pie experience and overnight in Monodendri.
Ioannina and Metsovo
Cross Lake Pamvotida to Ioannina island and visit the Ali Pasha Museum, then return to the city for a silversmith workshop. Continue to Metsovo for a Metsovone cheese and wine tasting, dinner and overnight.
Grevena and Mount Olympus
Travel through the Pindus range to Grevena for a mushroom-focused experience, then continue to Litochoro. Join a light Enipeas Gorge walk or the confirmed alternative before dinner and the overnight.
Arnaia and local cooking
Travel through the forests of Halkidiki to Arnaia. Visit the Folklore and Textile Museum, explore the village and join a local cooking lesson before dinner and the final overnight.
Departure
After breakfast, transfer from Arnaia to Thessaloniki Airport for departure.

Seven nights are included in boutique hotels or guesthouses in Thessaloniki, Pozar, Prespa, Monodendri, Metsovo, Litochoro and Arnaia, with breakfast.
