Can I book everything in one checkout?
Travel Hub brings the services together, but standalone flights, car hire, transfers and experiences are booked separately with their respective providers. Each booking has its own confirmation and conditions.
Are flights included in BTOURS tours?
Check the inclusions on the individual tour page. Do not assume flights or airport transfers are included unless they are explicitly listed. Use the Travel Hub to explore services you need to arrange separately.
What does Design your journey do?
It matches your chosen destination and travel style to published BTOURS tours. It does not check live availability or calculate a quote. You can send your month, group size, budget and other preferences to our team for a more personal discussion.
Who helps with changes or cancellations?
For a standalone service, contact the provider using the details in your booking confirmation. For a BTOURS tour or a journey enquiry, contact BTOURS. Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the booking you selected.
Can I search for hotels here?
Our standalone hotel search is coming soon. You can already explore BTOURS tours that include accommodation, as specified in each itinerary.
What should I check before hiring a car?
Review the minimum driver age, driving licence requirements, deposit, accepted payment cards, insurance, excess, fuel policy and pick-up location. Requirements vary between rental companies and destinations.
