Ireland: 8-Day Food & Drink Self-Drive Tour
This eight-day self-drive journey follows Ireland through the people and places behind its food and drink. A final Guinness Storehouse visit brings the route back to Dublin. Between the included tastings, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Cork, Kinsale and Clare offer plenty of room for markets, producers and restaurants chosen independently.

Kilkenny to Tipperary
Travel through medieval Kilkenny towards County Tipperary. Craft shops, a brewery visit or a farmhouse-cheese stop can be added independently; only services shown on the confirmed voucher are included.
Tipperary to Cork
Continue south via Fethard, the Rock of Cashel or Midleton according to your interests. These visits are suggested rather than included. Arrive in County Cork for a two-night stay.
Cork and Kinsale
Explore Cork's English Market and Shandon area, then enjoy the included Murphy's Ice Cream tasting. Continue independently to Kinsale for harbour streets and a strong local dining scene.
Adare, Foynes and Irish coffee
Travel towards Limerick and Clare, pausing in Adare if time allows. At Foynes, visit the Flying Boat & Maritime Museum and enjoy an included Irish coffee where the drink's story began.
The Burren Smokehouse
Discover the Burren and join the included smokehouse tour with a tasting of smoked salmon. Bunratty Castle or the Cliffs of Moher can be visited independently if timings allow.
Return to Dublin and Guinness
Drive back towards Dublin through the Burren and Irish Midlands. Visit the Guinness Storehouse with included admission, then spend your final evening in the city.
Departure
Continue to Dublin Airport for departure, allowing time for any separately arranged vehicle return.
Clarity before you travel.
