These terms and conditions of use may be changed by BTOURS LTD in the future without further notice. Your continued use of this site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new or modified terms. Further, these terms and conditions apply exclusively to your access to, and use of, this site and do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with BTOURS LTD for products, services or otherwise.

‘’BTOURS’’ and ‘’BHOLIDAYS’’ are trading names of BTOURS LTD.
These booking conditions, together with our privacy policy apply to your booking with BTOURS LTD (“we” or “us”).
Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these booking conditions references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

Our obligations to you may vary depending upon which arrangements you book with us, and we set them out clearly below.
Booking
In case you wish to purchase or book through the website or www.btours.com application, certain information related to the purchase or booking date such as the credit or debit card number, the expiration number, and the billing address will be required.
By affiliation to the website or application of the above information, the user or visitor or anyone using it declares and warrants that he/she has the legal right to use the credit or debit card or any other means of payment and that the information that is provided is correct and complete.
By registering, the website or the www.btours.com application is entitled to provide this information to third parties in order to facilitate the completion of the services.
The website or www.btours.com application reserves the right to refuse or cancel any purchase or reservation limitlessly.
By making a booking, you agree on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them and that you are over 18 years of age.
Check that all names, dates Etc. are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately. Any changes to these details may incur charges. Please ensure that the names given are the same as in the relevant passports.
When you make your booking, you must pay either (a) the relevant deposit, or (b) the full amount, as specified at the time of booking. If you believe that any details on the booking summary (or any other document) are wrong you must advise us immediately as it may not be possible to make changes later, you may incur charges to make changes and it may harm your rights if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any documentation.
Payment
You will be required to pay either (a) make full payment for your booking at the time of booking or (b) a deposit. Note: Where you only pay a deposit, you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you in your booking documents. In this case, if full payment is not received by the balance due date, we may cancel or/and will notify the supplier who may cancel your booking and charge the cancellation fees set out in their own terms and conditions.
Your contract When We Are Acting as a Travel Agent:
When making your booking we will arrange for you to enter into contracts with the suppliers named on your booking summary. We act as agents and not as principals in relation to these bookings.
Details will be given to both you and the supplier at the time of booking. The supplier’s booking terms and conditions will apply to your booking and we advise you to read these carefully as they contain important information about your booking. They may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability to you, as well as in accordance with applicable International Conventions.
You may wish to purchase services on our website. Each component will be provided by different third-party providers of the products you have selected. Your contract will be with the individual suppliers and not with us. As an agent, we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the supplier or for the services provided by the supplier. However, depending on which arrangements you book with us a combination of travel services may be a package under the Package Travel Regulations for which we are responsible as package organiser.
Your Contract When/Where we are package organizer:
Depending upon which arrangements you book with us and how they are booked, your travel arrangements may constitute a package holiday where we are the organiser under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
Where we are package organisers, we will still be acting as an agent and your contracts will still be with the separate travel service suppliers. However, as package organiser we will be responsible for the performance of the travel services included in your package, irrespective of whether those services are to be performed by other travel service providers (our suppliers). If any of the travel services are not performed in accordance with the package travel contract and we don’t put that right we may be liable to offer you compensation but within the limits of the law and the terms of these booking conditions.
Where we are package organisers, you may transfer the booking to another person. An administration charge will be made of £50 per person for transfer requests made and you must also pay any further costs we incur in making this transfer. As most airlines do not permit name changes after tickets have been issued, these charges are likely to include the full cost of the flight. Both you and the new traveller are responsible for paying all costs we incur in making the transfer.
Where we are a package organiser, if you’re in difficulty and ask us to help we will provide appropriate assistance, in particular by providing information on health services, local authorities, and consular assistance; and helping you to find alternative arrangements and any necessary phone calls/emails. You must pay any costs we incur if the difficulty is your fault.
Where we are package organisers, you can contact us to complain about any lack of conformity perceived during the performance of the package or to request assistance if you are in difficulty by emailing: info@btours.com or calling us.
Your Contract When/Where we are principals:
- Prices:We reserve the right to pass future price increases due to VAT changes introduced by the local Governments, fuel supplements or any other supplementary costs and increases on with immediate effect. All prices are quoted in GBP. Please note this quotation is prepared on the basis of taxation (VAT) rates in effect at the date of the quotation. Should there be any subsequent changes in taxation (VAT) rates since the issue of the quotation, and those changes are enforceable through legislative statute, the changes would be deemed beyond our control, and as a result, the actual price will change to reflect the revised taxation (VAT) rates at the time of invoicing
- Minimum participants:1 full-paying adult
- Cancellation Policies:Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival. Thereafter 100% cancellation fees apply. No-shows are 100%. Cancellation for optional packages is 14 days prior, thereafter 100% apply!
- No Shows:Not used/attended services that are provided with the package cannot be refunded. 100% no-show fees apply.
- Payment conditions:Payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.
- Release:Tours can be booked up to 35 days prior for March–May & September – November and up to 60 days prior for June – August.
- Allocation:B&B’s – free sale of 2 rooms. 3* Hotels – free sale of 2 rooms.
For all categories: Family and triple rooms are on request!
- Accommodation:Accommodation is provided in middle-class hotels or B&Bs in a double or twin room, depending on availability. Breakfast is provided with each accommodation.
- For B&B bookings:Availability of 3 or more rooms in the same B&B cannot be guaranteed. Please note that all rooms have private bathrooms, which are not necessarily ensuite.
- Distances:All accommodations are located within 25 miles/ 40 kilometres of the above-mentioned areas/cities. Please note that the hotel names provided above are examples only and aren’t an indicator of a precise location for future bookings.
- Accommodationis provided in middle-class hotels or B&Bs in a double or twin room, depending on availability. Breakfast is provided with each accommodation.
- Extras & Addons:Please note that all our partners have their own terms & conditions. If special conditions apply, they may be found in a separately attached document.
- Distilleries:Please note that children under 8 years are not permitted in the producing areas of the distilleries
BTOURS can inform about additional closeouts at any time.
- Client Wishes:Together with our partners we are more than happy to handle every client’s wishes on request.
- Requests:All bookings outside of allocation, outside of release or including multiple room requests, will be handled on request only.
- Children:On request only! All children younger than 16 years at the moment of travel will have to indicate their age with the booking. Children younger than 12 years may be accommodated with 2 full paying adults (on request only). Children aged 0 – 11 years pay 50% of the full adult package rate for 3* Hotel option and 60% for B&B and Mix Option when sharing with two full-paying adults. B&Bs don’t usually provide baby beds. Maximum one child per room.
- Pets:Pets are not allowed.
- Travel Insurance/Medical Insurance:All guests are responsible for their own travel insurance including medical insurance. BTOURS doesn’t offer Insurance and is not liable for any Travel or Medical costs of any guest.
If You Want to Change or Cancel Your Booking
In case of cancellation of the purchase or reservation via the website or www.btours.com application by the service provider:
Payment is totally refunded to the user at no charge.
In case of cancellation of the purchase or reservation via the website or www.btours.com application by the user:
(a) If cancellation exceeds 8 days prior to the booking date, 80% of the total payment will be refunded.
(b) If cancellation does not exceed 8 days prior to the booking date, no refund is going to be done to the user.
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing by the lead passenger and will not take effect until received by us. If you cancel or amend your booking the supplier may charge the cancellation or amendment charge shown in their booking conditions (which may be 100% of the cost of the travel arrangements). We may collect this on their behalf and you also must pay us any applicable administration charges.
Changes or Cancellations by Us or a Supplier
We will inform you of any changes or cancellations as soon as reasonably possible. If the supplier offers alternative arrangements or a refund, you will need to let us know your choice within the time frame we stipulate. Except where we act as package organisers, we accept no liability for any changes or cancellations made to your arrangements by the supplier under your contract with them.
Our responsibility for your booking
Your contract is with the supplier and the supplier’s terms and conditions apply. Unless we act as package organisers, as agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of the travel services. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions. We accept no responsibility for any information about the arrangements that we pass on to you in good faith. However, in the event that we are found liable to you on any basis whatsoever, our maximum liability to you is limited to two times the cost of your booking (or the appropriate proportion of this if not everyone on the booking is affected). We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
Complaints
The contract for your arrangements is between you and the supplier and any queries or concerns should be addressed to them. If you have a problem whilst, on holiday, this must be reported to the supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately.
If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the supplier as set out in your booking confirmation. We will of course assist you with this if you wish – please contact: booking@btours.com
You can also access the European Commission Online Dispute (ODR) Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This ODR platform is a means of notifying us of your complaint; it will not determine how your complaint should be resolved.
Special Requests and disability
If you have any special requests (for example dietary requirements, cots, or room location) or you have a disability, please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the supplier but we do not guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not. If your disability needs cannot be met by the hotel or airline, please contact us.
Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is a condition of your contract with either us or the supplier in question, as applicable. You must take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses.
Failure to disclose relevant information will affect your insurance. If you fail to travel with adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
Passports, Visas and Health
We can provide general information about the passport and visa requirements for your trip, but this is for guidance only and it remains your responsibility to check the requirements before you travel. Your specific passport and visa requirements and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. Neither we nor the supplier accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa, or immigration requirements. Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our obligations to you are affected by any circumstances which we or the supplier of the service in question could not have avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. These circumstances can include but are not limited to, war, the threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the destination and all similar events outside our control or the control of the supplier concerned.
Behaviour
Please be aware that the terms and conditions of the supplier will normally state that your stay can be terminated, with no refund, if the behaviour of your party falls below an acceptable standard. You agree to indemnify us for the full amount of any claim (including all legal costs) made against us by the supplier or any third party as a result of your conduct.
Use of this website
In using this website, you agree:

not to disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the website, or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the website or affiliated or linked websites;

not to disrupt or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of the website or affiliated or linked websites, or attempt to use another user’s account for any reason;
not to upload, post or otherwise transmit through or on this website any viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files;
not to transmit through or on this website spam, chain letters, junk mail, or any other type of unsolicited mass email to people or entities who have not agreed to be part of such mailings;
Warranty
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THIS WEBSITE AND THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
